Was looking through the Blogilates App and found this incredible 2 month transformation by POPster Emily on the Hot Topics page! You look so toned and strong! She says she starts out her day with one of my Bikini Body workouts and then chooses about 6 song challenges to target the muscles she wants to focus on that day. She also loves Call Me Maybe Squats!
